How does the custom process work?
Simple! Just upload your favorite photo at checkout. Our artists hand-design a pixel pattern based on your pet, and then โ depending on the version you choose โ we either ship you a complete DIY kit, or handcraft the finished piece for you. We'll email you if we ever need a clearer photo. ๐พ
How long will it take to arrive?
Each order is made just for you, so please allow [2-3] days for design and crafting, plus [5-6] days for shipping. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships. Need it by a certain date? Message us โ we'll do our best! ๐
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Your happiness means everything to us. While custom pieces can't be returned for general reasons, if your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what we agreed on, we'll remake it or make it right โ just reach out. ๐

What if I make a mistake while assembling my kit?
Don't worry โ we've got you covered! Each kit comes with detailed step-by-step instructions, and we recommend following them closely for the best result. As with any handmade craft, small mistakes can happen, so we include 1.5ร the beads needed โ giving you plenty of extras in case you misplace a few or want to redo a section. Take your time, enjoy the process, and you'll do great. ๐
